Are there any other parts you could replace on it that I could send?

How about spikes from a bike wheel, I used those they are 2 or 3 mm and are threaded at the end.
You could bend the eye at the end yourselve.

edit: Seidel has them for 2,25 that almost cheaper than a bike spike :whistle:
