The ORV (Off Road Vehicle) chassis was introduced with the Brat model.
The chassis is a space frame pastic construction consisting of two halves screwed together. The radio grear and gearbox is mounted inbetween the two halves. The gear box is made from a plastic midle section enclosed by two aluminium plates. The gearbox is known to be the weakest point as the aluminium plates flex too much to keep the diff assembled. The front suspension is also a weak part, with limited travel and no damping. The rear suspension is better with room for both long travel and dampers.
