The Wild Willy is the first in a series of 'stunt vehicle' chassis. The chassis has a short wheelbase and is deigned to do wheelies at full throttle. Both ends are suspended with springs and no dampers. The radio box is a closed bathtub type, semi-water tight. The rear gearbox is consist of a primary and a secondary gearbox, and features an diff. The weelie action was greatly assisted by placing the heavy battery furthest back on the chassis, rear of the rear axle. The Wild Willy chassis changed over the production time as modifications were introduced on the new Quattro chassis, and also incorporated into the production line of the Wild Willy.
