Can Am Lola; bought it for the box! 12 years 4 months ago #5761

I found an ad for this one in Norway's biggest online classifieds.
It looked quite good, but the interesting part was the box (I already have a Can Am Lola)

It arrived today and is like expected. The box is ok, and the car is quite good actually.

The model will be for sale soon, as I don't need it.

I wish I could find somewhere more suitable than our work's carpark for playing with 12ths - the office carpet's ok, but there's too many people being dull & working & getting in the way to get any speed up! Missing the celica....

I hope you and your box will be very happy together :D

... chame the manual wasn't with it though :(

Your second pic is interesting - in that it shows what happens when people ignore the advice to paint the dark colours first on lexan shells.

If the builder had painted the red first, then white, the red would look brighter, and the white would look white ... rather than doing the white first & overpainting with red, making the white look pink :S

It was :) (just not pictured) I have one from before, so this will go with the Lola later.

Incredibly cool - but 6 million dollar?
Take away the size references (like the shed and the trees) and it could easily look like a scale car with the separate body.
