There are a couple of traders still going on the bay, but not sure for how long.
Its a sad sad day that things like this happen, hopfully a positive compromise with come out from this. Tamiya are not winning any friends from this especialy there core old-school fan base. Its like FORD re-releasing the GT40, it looks the same but its not and most would like to have one but alot would like to have an original and would have to re-build one if they had the money with parts that are avalable or re-produced you dont see FORD stopping them as its keeping the Heritage alive. Yes it may have something to do with the brand name being displayed, in that case remove and let the rest of us to get on with what we love doing. I am like all, very mad about all this. GING |

Well, TC has just announced that the "battle" with Tamiya is over.
TC will not have manuals or repro decals available anymore -Lars Signature now gets correct formatting if you edit it in your Profile. Use normal BBcode if you want.
www.tamiyabase.com was formatted automatically. |

Very Very Sad NEWS.
Another big win for the Big Company's without any common sence etc. I'm sure this will open up the market for alot of Fake Counter-fit parts poping up from certain Country's that seam to never get prosicuted (if you no what i mean?) Even the repro-body sellers on E-bay have shut down Keep the faith as we are all Vintage Members. GING |
