the 1.9l is a very good car. I could die with one once apon a time. Because tires were new but so old that they look like shampoo. I was very afraid. I found a 115 horses power 1.6 some years ago for 1500 euros but it was in realy poor condition

If I had the cash for it, I'd do a complete rebuild (like with an RC car) on a 2.0 16v Delta Integrale.
I've driven the Delta HF (also turbo) and that stuff is incredible... Weak when it comes to the electrical circuits though. The windshield wiper would start when you flip the direction indicator for example. Better prepare to spend more on an Italian car than you'd expect, but well worth it.

I used to own an Integrale too. It was a 1994 Integrale EVO2 Giallo Sedici.
I sold it after 1,5 years of misery, problems and never ending costs. Whining diffs, oil leaks, bad starting, .... I remember driving it 3000 km and having over 5000€ in costs!! In the end I even made a little money on it cause the value rose that fast 8 years ago. ... but why do I still miss one then? Well, Because it had so much character! More than all my other sportscars I had afterwards (and I had some nice ones!) Pices have gone crazy these days and 60k€ is simply too much. It still will cause problems and for that amount, there are alternatives I fear.

The delta is the best rallye car. But turbo engine and ECM are fragile. without talking about electricity |
