Here are my current stock in the order they were aquired:

Tamiya Sand Rover - bought in 1984

It's kept in the box atm because I just changed chassis for a brand new one.

My two year-old son just said "Oi!" when brought out the box and opened it up - he dove straight for the driver :)

Evolution of my SR rear tires - last one is a "KO" tire with writing that says "made in
Italy.

Hehe, yeah it looks like a fun vehicle - and the driver looks more at home there than in the SR.

Not a Tamiya, but I hope you dont mind me showing it.

Team Losi LXT - bought second hand ca. 1995

After a nasty crash I had to do a creative repair - no spare was available.

Got a piece of aluminium and started to make my own suspension arm - all handmade with drill, hand files and sand paper.

Luckily Ifound a set of front and rear arms on the "Bay"

Chassis looks very good despite the beating it's been given.

Chassis was cleaned and restored and is more or less complete.

Body's got a date with brake fluid in the near future.

Very few scrapes underneath

Tamiya Buggy Champ - bought on Ebay 2009

I always wanted an SRB,but vintage on the "Bay" always cost more than I wanted to pay, so this Tamiya re-released were not to be missed!

Replacement metal chassis plate with integated gear box protection from 50. Caliber Customs

Rear cage from RC Channel

B) Be carefull with brake fluid when you will clean up the MB body. We are some to have bad surprises... Especially JR and me on our manta ray body :pinch:

Monster Beetles bodies are made of ABS plastic (resistant to DOT3 or DOT 4)
Manta Ray's bodies are lexan ones....usually lexan don't likes brake fluid. There are many threads on here with user's experiences with Brake fluid on Lexan bodies...

I never had bad experiences using brake fluid on ABS bodies.
