Thanks all for the insight and suggestions. Back in the day, I believe I used rear tractor treads (CRP I think?). They held thier tread, but were pretty heavy especially with foam inserts... a little too much weight in the rear.
How much for the chromes and rubber, HP? Do you have extra 12 mm hex adapters too?
