Sunday progress on the Holiday SRB, Finished the electrics and now she is a runner. Started the detail paint work on the driver and painted the black on the rear of the lights, The red gas cans weren't doing it for me so I media blasted them clean and went with yellow

Finished detailing the driver and the straps on jerry cans, Super happy with this end result

 

If Tamiya had put the re-hash Holiday Buggy (and Sand Rover) on the ORV chassis, they wouldn't have had to butcher the body moulds for the DT shock towers

I'm really fan of the waffle tires.

Rainy day watching Motocross so figured I may as well build and fit the MIP ball diff to the Holiday Bush Brat, Once I started I realised my mistake. The rere srb gears that suit the diff are different to the OG I've reached out to TTP While I was checking my spares to see if I had gears, I found a Monster Beetle gearbox guard that will be going on

 

 

Glad to see an update on this one as it is one of my favorites. 

Tamiya should have thought of it. 

Thinking about making my own Sand Frog maybe too....
