Need help with this one.

Went to order some stickers from Nathaniel (MCI Racing) this morning for the F-150 Ranger SRB 58027 and he had 2 versions. One for the small wheel opening and one for the large wheel opening. Am I correct in thinking the older SRB body is the smaller and the Blackfoot is the larger due to tire size??

Yes early version is small arches with all badges. After, large arches fully badged and with late version of the blackfoot no more side badges.

Even during the original run of the SRB Ranger, you had the 2 versions. The first body had the small arches on the front, but because the tyres rubbed, they changed these and made them bigger, so you then had the large wheel arched version.
The original Blackfoot had a black ABS plastic body using the original Ranger mould including the logo’s. Then at a later point you got the same black ABS body, but with no logos.

Hi Jim, I think I’m doing a similar build to you.
I have the Ranger chassis, but I’m going to use the re-re body shell and add some 3D printed logos.
A tribute indeed.
