Picked up on of these the other day.











And decided to do something a little different with it:








I had the body Bronze chromed, and I think it came out quite awesome.

Thanks for all the comments guys, The place I used was "Metglo" in Cape Town(South Africa). It cost about 15GBP or R195. I first used the company to rechrome the Bullhead parts.

Had a chance to start applying the decals.

My guess would be yes - the chassis are very similar. B)
But I'll do a test and get back on the subject...

Unless somebody has a definite answer already of course. ;)

Thanks guys, I'm very happy with the progress so far. Today I will start ripping the chassis apart and cleaning and regreasing the gears. This will be the first car that I'm not going to replace the bushing with bearings, because this will be my first shelf queen. :unsure:

I do need some help with painting the driver. The manual says to paint the driver any way, But I would like some help, cause I don't want the driver to be the cars weak spot. Any suggestions would be helpful
