That's also done on the rear of the Top Force - it seems to be the "official" way for a ball diff in any case.
The TF front uses universals so there's no wheel axle then. I think on the DF-01s I built so far there was always room to use rings on both sides of the dogbones. It shouldn't be interfering with the free movement of the suspension arms though... |
