I found a (I hope) period radio for the project. I had it in my stock and had the good servos for it. I don't know the real brand but is badged T2M and has futaba connectors.

hi i would test it like 1000 time before i would use it u would be able to drive very far cuz then the car will stay on flat out
no fail safe i know looks good through all the best with it

I Always had problems with fail safe. I exploded a 1/8 buggy with a fail safe. So now, NO fail safe .

yah i know what u mean i had a futaba that went funny
the receiver just stop working but it had all the power dont know why
so i went to sanwa and great ever after i all so got spektrum all so great

Sanwa, graupner futaba and hitec. The only matters I had were with futaba and hitec challenger.
