The Lamborghini Cheetah is the second model released on the XR311 chassis. The Cheetah use a 10mm shorter version of the chassis, easily adapted by using separate screw holes. The only other difference are the wheels and tires, which are unique to the Cheetah. The Lamborghini Cheetah body is very detailed in ABS plastic. There are lots of loose parts needed to build the Cheetah body, including the front winch and the rear spare jerry cans. The chassis is most known for it's weak plastic torsion bars. They lay along the chassis, protected by a clear plastic plate, but are still known to break very easy, particularly after some years when the plastic starts to go brittle. The Cheetah has never been re-released, but the XR311 chassis has been reissued in an upgraded version a couple of times starting year 2000.
