With constantly-evolving regulations regarding tires and grip, not to mention improved hardware such as motors and battery packs, it would be no great exaggeration to say that flexibility is one of the key demands placed on modern high end racing chassis. The TRF (Tamiya Racing Factory) team has drawn on all of its experience at top level races around the world to ensure that the TRF419 chassis offers its users a fine level of balance and flexibility. The TRF419 chassis is balanced in such a way as to get the most possible out of the drive train, which utilizes front and centre direct drive, and a redesigned rear gear differential unit. Chassis carbon parts have been redesigned, including upper and lower decks, front/rear damper stays and more. It also features newly-designed and positioned aluminium motor mount and bulkheads, plus a number of other redesigned major parts. It offers superlative control on a range of track surfaces plus consistent speed and top-end handling response.
