Dear Kyosho friends,
I am restoring a Nitro Crusher USA-1 and can get my hands on some 1/10 scale USA-1 decals. I am wondering if the bodies of the electric USA-1 and the nitro USA-1 are the same size and hence have the same decals or if there is a difference (e.g. 1/8th scale decals needed) Any of you could guide me here, please? ThanksMetalMaxx |

Yes both electric and nitro uses the same body on the USA-1.
MCI makes decals for it: mciracing.ca/pr...sa1-decals |

Maxx, I have the 3 gens of the usa1 nitro crusher. Burns , turbo burns and inferno dx. The body is the same as the ep original version.
for the turbo burns you can put the front brake. They are the best off road gp I ran. But you need the forged diff gears. I hope you'll post some picts of your. |

excellent input stingray, thanks so much. It'll be a shelf queen, so I am not worried about the diffs. I can post some pics in a couple of weeks, when I have done the body. Cheers.

Hi again
I have finalized the chassis and tires. I really love it so far. I was thinking of using Tamiya PS-57 (Pearl White) for the restoration of the body, since the original owner seemed to have used something similar. What do you think? Or should I completely strip of the paint and go with PS-1 White? CheersMetalMaxx

If you want a good result, you should strip all the old paint. Very nice result. And IMO it is a first gen usa1 nc. With the burns chassis. I love this car.
