I have up to 25 years old tamiya paint jars. :D

I beat you a lot lol.
Some of mine are from the mid 80s, but most is from the early 90s

Humbrols to the left and Revells to the right.

Think these are the rarest colors.
The yellow is no longer on the chart list over Humbrol colors, might think it is down it is a fluor color.
The blue vent on my Revell BMW E30 Alpina B6.
In todays chart 52 is listed as Baltic Blue Metallic. Not sure if that is correct for these old jars or if they have swapped numbers.

Based on your advice this is the list i have:
-Obviously a bike kit
-Tamiya paint (colours listed on the manual?)
-Masking tape
-Tamiya putty
-X-20A thinner
-Humbrol paint brushes
-revell contact glue
-pliers,files,cutters etc but i already have all these

Is my list complete or are there still more things i need?

Edit: I just remembered, do i need microset/microsol for decals? I saw some people use it but i dont even know what it is. And what other brushes do you recommend as I just checked the AG4050 but i also need a wide brush for fairings and larger pieces

I think you have it all covered
There might be a online manual for the kit you want to buy, so you can check what colors you'll need there

Edit: Found bike manuals here (scroll down to the model you want) : www.tamiya.de/e...me-asc&ps=

Same here when I built kits as a young boy/teenager.
I borrowed a tweezer from my mom, used a nail file to file parts. borrowed my dads side cutter, couple of brushes, paint and regular model glue.

I highly recomend to have a quality flush cutter, and for both rc parts and plastic model kits.
