Would it maybe be an improvement that when a link has been inserted into a post, the next time that icon is clicked, it starts with an empty field so you don't have to remove the previous text first? Hope it's clear what I mean. :S

Have to say I liked the way the ads on the home page looked when they had a bit of background colour. ;)

i also find that a bit annoying, especially if you are trying to add multiple pictures

Being able to select all the text with a right click would also be a solution for that of course...

I think I understand what you mean... It's the "image insert", and "Link insert" buttons where the URL's from the previous insert remains, right?
Unfortunately, this is a "feature" in the Forum Software I am using, and there is no way to turn it off. Sorry...
Use CTRL-A to select all, and then CTRL-V to paste in the new URL (which you have copied earlier), I believe that is quickest.

This one I can do something about, as I have hacked this part myself
Something will show up soon!
