continuing with the rear
small holes for optional rear stabilizer? Mmmm sports tuned and a 16T steel RRP pinion (gearcover has a small crack at the spurgear screw) Buggers, now where to find a replacement for that. Think that calls for future DIY Ball diff is in good shape, have two of those with some spares have to read up on TC there were some tips on improving the ball diff, its apparently a bit weak for monster wheels. Future decision originals or hopups Thinking of replacing these with the alloy Avante/Egress parts thats all folks, more to come, maybe this year

Hello, nice job on the restoration. I have an original Toyota Hilux racer also. Was wondering if you could tell me where you found the spare diff parts?
I am having a problem with the diff slipping since i upgraded to a Li-Po battery and ESC. Now that there is so much more torque of the start. It seems that i have to rebuild or upgrade the diff too. Any suggestions? |
