It took a very (very) long wait and I had even moved on from the idea of using original parts...
But then they arrived anyway :



On the left the part that's the rarest. It will stay NIP for a while.
And an original torque splitter for the Manta Ray!

great frp stuff, still need those for my TA01. (it's almost complete)

It's great stuff and it was hard to come by. Thought it would not even turn up anymore.

Since I wasn't expecting these to arrive anymore, I ordered all kinds of alternative items.
Mostly the reason why the Manta Ray will become a car with parts from different generations.
Which is cool to me. It has modern electronics and everything too...

But calculating the budget I can't justify hanging on to these.
Except for the torque splitter. For that I do not have another (equal) option.
And I'm thinking it's quite functional. At least it's a cool piece of equipment.

The TA01/TA02 frp tower and Top Force Evo adjuster set might go towards restoring these cars :



@Spitfire : Didn't realize you could complete one of your cars with the shock tower...

The ensemble on the bottom would make any fan's heart beat a little faster.

No, I wish. They belong to a Belgian fan. Hoggy here - Hog Heaven Driver on Tamiyagekken.

This is only the TA01/TA02 rebuild part of his collection.
Think I remember one of the all time beauties too - a TA02SW Porsche Taisan.
He also has the most awesome pair of carbon upgraded F201s.
