I think it might be the Parma K Stock motor with the sticker from the Porsche Turbo motor.
K Stock motor is based on the Kyosho Le Mans series.

You see the K stock motor to the left in this link.
Notice silver can and black protruding endbell.

If it is a K Stock motor, it has 27500rpm which is a lot more than a regular silvercan motor. But still 27turn.
