... but check to see if the chassis is cracked just in front of the motor - apparently they all break there - mine included. I bought a replacement chassis, but reinforced the break with a bit of studding & two ball joints on the broken one ... that was a couple of years ago

You got any pictures? I don't think mine is cracked, can't see any cracke. Only visible damage is the one rear rim seems to have been bashed, ans the plastic has gone white.
