I had the P407 in kit form and was very happy with it. Run it hard with no regrets!!

I’ll be interested to see what you make of that Bruiser clone, Jonny. I’ve read mixed reviews, but I was tempted by that semi kit version.

Nice Jonny. The beach buggy looks fine. Can you post other picts of it?
And the toyato bruiser is awesome. Some peoples said that it is from tamiya moulds.

I took a punt on a pile of servos, receivers and general bits and pieces. I don’t know why the seller didn’t take 5 minutes to just make it all look a bit more saleable. I know some of its junk, but on the plus side; A pair of Futaba 33M servos ( will go in one of my vintage builds) A Futaba receiver brand new. A Futaba electronic speed control. 3 Acoms AS1 servos, a pair of black ones ( out of an SRB by the looks of it ) 1 green one, which I think I need to make a matching pair. 1 other Acoms servo. 1 Acoms receiver. 3 Sanwa receivers ( not much use to me ). 3 hitec mini servos ( 2 brand new ) A 7.2v hump pack ( will go in a vintage build ) A riko 7.2v racing pack ( will probably go in my ‘85 Hotshot). A box of crystals, will need sorting out, but handy to have as old radio gear always seems to have them removed. Various msc’s, ( one Sand Rover one which will go in a resto. ) Various Tamiya connectors again handy to have. And finally a white end bell 380 motor ( again will go in a vintage build, I’ve collected a couple of black ones recently so it’s great to get a white one ). All I need to do now is test as much of it as I can ??? Attachments:

BTW: With its exposed wiring making it handy, I use my Brat as a test platform for new electronics so I know I am starting with "known good" stuff.
