Thats good to hear, im 99% sure it was the 406. If i could only make out the what the other Tamiya in the photo (purchased at the same time) was id be 100% sure. The only details i remeber and can see is its another 4x4 Touring car, but purple (probably not the colour it should have been out of the box)

The same wheels was also used on the same 406 with number 58212.
Wheels has #10445605 and you can see the list of the cars here. As you can see, those wheels also came in white version. tamiyabase.com/...Itemid=775

Great - it has to be the 406 then. Now i just need to find a new 406 shell to restore it. Harder than i thought, i can only find one for over £100 from Germany Ill probably update this post in another 2 years once ive found one!

L&L Models in UK does two versions of the 406.
But they are out of stock atm, due shortage of Lexan I belive. landlmodels.co....arch?q=406
