I have an SRB mechanism box that I've had a for 5+ years that I think might be ReRe based on the colour being quite clear.

I can't remember here I got it from or how it was described and I don't buy ReRe stuff very often so I am questioning the age of this box.

Can anyone tell me if there are definitive ways of distinguishing the vintage box from the ReRe other than colour?

The well nuts (aka rubnuts, rivnuts) in the re-res have a smaller outer diameter, which makes me think the holes they fit into must have a smaller diameter too ...

I don't know the specifics off the top of my head + too difficult to find in my phone, I'll have to get back to you

Thanks I checked my boxes, the one in this post and a couple of known origin and they are all 8mm.

I think I just got lucky with this box because its really pristine other than the tape residue.
