Hi from Norway and Belgium 11 years 6 months ago #14475

Hi, I'm a Norwegian living in Belgium for the time being. I just wanted to say hello to everyone, and tell you how much I enjoy visiting this site. I've been into RC on and off since 1985 when I got a Sand Rover. It lived a rough life and was replaced by a Midnight Pumpkin. Lost interest in everything RC when because of girls (go figure :)) and sold the Pumpkin, but found renewed interst after finishing a restore of the Sand Rover in 2007. Since then I've picked up a few more cars to tinker with:

Another Sand Rover to be a runner
A Monster Beetle for restoration
A Dual Hunter for restoration/upgrading
A 2009 Buggy Champ is beeing built
A Losi LXT for restoration
A Traxxas Slash 4x4 Ultimate for bashing

I'll see if I can take a few pics and post.

Cars I always wanted but never got:

Toyota Hilux
Rough Rider
Audi Quattro Rally
Mitsubishi Pajero
Subaru Brat
Wild Willy
Blackfoot
Hot Shot

Have a great weekend everyone!

Regards,
Toby

Hei og takk for det Lars!

I showed some pics of the Sand Rover over at Radiostyrt.no some years ago that you replied to. Good to see that you're till going strong. I never got comfortable at Radiostyrt because the topics were too wide for my taste. Vintage Tamiya is much closer to my heart - so great work creating this site!
