Join here after I found this place. Like looking at all the old stuff. I have only one passion in vintage Tamiya right now, the Porsche 959. When that one is done going start another vintage project. Still not sure what the second one will be but learn some lessons with my 959. Next one will be a NIB build not a restore project. I could have gotten a NIB and built it cheaper than what spent restoring the old 959.

LOL, tell me about it ... my most expensive cars were the ones that were "cheapest" in the beginning

They can become money pits can they when get the bug and have to have it exactly right and new looking.
