Hello Dave :)

I'm not familiar with the Tamco radio - but it looks spookily similar to the etronix pulse set ... assuming it is the same & the pins on the side of the reciever (RX) look something like this ...

----------------------------

* * * *
* * * *
* * * *

----------------------------

then:

plug from steering servo should be on 1st set of pins with negative wire (usually black) on the bottom, positive wire (usually red) in the middle, signal wire (often white) on top ... your servo could also be brown/red/orange or red/black/yellow, but assuming it's the former, plugged in it would look like:

----------------------------

W * * *
R * * *
Bl * * *

----------------------------

Assuming (again) you are using the Tamiya Electronic Speed Control (ESC) that came with the kit, then the 3-pin plug goes on the 2nd set of pins, like:

----------------------------

W W * *
R R * *
Bl Bl * *

----------------------------

... and the small 2-pin plug from the ESC goes on the 4th set of pins, -ve down, i.e.

----------------------------

W W * *
R R * R
Bl Bl * Bl

----------------------------

With your Transmitter (TX) on, a battery plugged in to the car, and the switch on the car "on", it should work - it should be "bound" out of the box. If not, then binding procedure is:

Start with TX off, battery connected to car, but car switched "off"

Switch TX on

press & hold down bind button on RX

turn car on

release bind button once LED on RX goes green

:)

I had to make a lot of assumptions there - post more details/pics of your setup if it doesn't make sense.

Thats looks like a relabeld Flysky Tx and Rx, before switching the car on he has to plugin the bind plug on the aux (CH3) port.

LMGTFY ;)
