With parts, or even where to get them? TBH, not really ...
It's been a long, long time since I saw any useable torsion bars for sale, and even if they were available, often the square cups they fit in to suspension arms are cracked & the bars slip & rotate 90 degrees. Getting spares from buying a spare chassis probably won't work either, I've had 5 (may have been 7) & don't think there was a full useable set between them. The XR311 has been reissued several times, but the torsion bars (and AFAIK the arms) are different - and are too long for the front of the Cheetah anyway. I "fixed" mine by keeping torsion bars for the look only, cutting a wide strip of clear lexan (1.5mm thick IIRC) & bolting/zip tieing that to the top of each end to give some sort of springing

I know the tech is meant to have improved, but I can't see it being tough enough
