Hopefully someone can give me some info on when certain kits will become available. Ive been looking at the TT02 skyline r33 kit but it seems to be sold out everywhere. I understand there would be a bit of a back log with Tamiya producing kits. Fingers crossed someone can shed some light as I'm new to this RC space 

Does anyone have this kit available in bulk?

The TT02 Skyline R33 was released in Feburary 2015. 
So that kit is nearly 9 years old now so most stock is probably dried up.

Only time and hunting skills will make you find one.
Either use Google and the item number (58604) or ebay or otther rc selling sites to find one.
