Just wanted to say a quick hello. I live in York in the UK, and only have one Tamiya RC, which is a Hilux Vintage 3 Speed. I had one of these when I lived in Singapore in the 80's, and my Dad kindly purchased for both him and me to build together.

It sadly got lost in the mists of time, so I managed to get another recently, which I am slowly restoring. I am also going to get a Sand Scorcher ReRe, and look out for a Blazer next year when I get my bonus in March. It is my intention to stop there, but I feel I am already on the slippery slope.....!

I just planned to get 1 car to play about with ... I definitely wasn't going to get 1 of every car I had in my youth ...
... then I definitely wasn't going to get any duplicates ...
... then I definitely wasn't going to get 1 of every car I wanted in my youth, or my friends had and I didn't ...
... then I definitely wasn't going to branch out into other makes ...
... and so on
