You could definitely mod this chassis to suit ?

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

I don't think that last one is a Road Wizard though. Looks like an F101.
And isn't their wheelbase around 255mm?

Looks like the F103 has (blue) Group C wheels hubs. Which is actually not a bad thing.
Thought I only did that mod.

But I see what you're getting at now...
A Racing Masters chassis or modern RM-01 would be a 1/12.
They should be 201mm wheelbase and 165-170mm width.
Which comes a lot closer.

I ended My RM01 last week and I don't want to custom it. A modern RM01 is to expensive for my budget.
I have to find a 1/12th chassis or manufacture my own one. I have a old trinity street spec "skate board". Maybe will I use its T and front train... If I found a cheap 1/12th... :silly:

Loving that low rider JR do you have any more pics of it? id love to see some of the chassis too if you have them. I like the way you experiment with your cars and build custom models right up my street :y:

my thoughts were, it should be easy enough to move the front assembly back to the required wheel base :) just an idea ;)

I don't even have the car any more; the body went on a Wild Dagger chassis & got sold on, the chassis got a rebuilt as a proper saloon stock racer (with a Starota Toylet body ;) :D ) & sold too.

I tested to remove the central frame and remake one shorter but the the gearbox is too high. Rear too. It will not be a low rider If I keep the FF01. :(
