One sorry little RM :S Plan is to build it close to original but with a couple of tweaks :)

 Can't tell from the pic's but the tyres are gone and will need replacing, rims are ok.

Dirty pile of bits :pinch:

After giving the bits a good scrub, I started polishing up the rear alloy parts  And after cleaning the chassis plate I began bolting her back together again :y:

HI!... Nice!.. If your looking for new wheels/tires, just buy the new ones from the new Porsche. They are exactly the same as old one but less brittle. I got a complete set off of Ebay for like $7 delivered. Check out my Porsche build thread.

Hey thanks :) I have been checking out the new ones after seeing your thread's :cheer: a while back, I would need tyres also and the best price I have seen so far is about $35.. plus a body shell $40.. Might have to wait for those as I have other projects with all the bits ready to go

Got some more polishing done tonight, finished rebuilding the rear suspension and reassembled the front end. I have upgraded the front body posts as the originals were split at the base (I never liked them anyway  ) Mounted the steering servo and connected the arms with some new black ball cups  cleaned up the aerial mast and the original aerial wire tab for the base.
