HORNET or GRASSHOPPER?????? 11 years 4 weeks ago #20426

:( I bought a hornet... That's not a HORNET only a GRASSHOPPER with a hornet body  and a lunchbox diffgears.

I have my old (1984) front wheeles (and only 1 rear with a H tyre).
Luckly I think, no I'm sure that I will hopup it with alloy blue front and rear dampers, ball bearings and a new D parts set.
The body is in a good shape. It just need a very small resto. Not black nor full in place decals but it is pleasant for me. Maybe the drive will have new wears...
I am disgusted but happy too. Just a little work to have a nice car. (If needed, I could put a grass diff gears on.)

:) During the time I have the budget to buy a full set of wheeles, I will mount my old front wheeles and a pair of mint academy rear wheeles.

Grasshopper diff gears are the exact same as the Hornet. If you go with the gear box mounts from the D tree you'll need the little helper springs and the rod that goes through the gear box at the mounting points.
