I got an old Tyrrell P34. The condition is not so good.
I will restorate it and I want to drive it on circuit.


I will restore the tyrrell to win!

Modification items
1. Change the motor RS-540 to the Tamiya Dynatech 02H.
2. Change the mechanical speed controller to ESC Novak 410 HPC.
3. Create body catch pins.
4. Restore the rear wing.
5. Get a new body. (Tamiya reproducted P34 body kit)
6. Get a new 7.2V short length battery (1700mAh)
7. Clean up the gears.

Note: This is a secret project to my wife.

the Tyrrell P34 is a very nice, and unique, model that is well worth taking care of.
You are lucky to have one, and it even has the 540 motor conversion

I made two body catch pins. This is easy work...



Fortunately, I got a body set. It is not new, but the condition is very good.
Also, I got it with new decal.

This is a short length 1700mAh battery.
It fits to the P34.

All parts become available. Now I will start to restoration.

Wow, that poor P34 will get airborn with that Dunatech 02H motor!
Make sure to give enough down force on the new rear wing
