I just started a new ebay search: "tamiya hotshot"

HI!... I have 2. A original and a re-re, and enough parts to build a runner.

The gearboxes of the Hotshot & Boomerang + the general swing arm setup are the same, but the chassis are very different

Thanks Lars, I must admit I thought you already had one good hunting though, there does seem to be a few coming up at the moment

Nice mate you need to put that runner together I seem to remember you saying its been 1.5 years in between drives mate For me I love the rebuild, but I have to drive em too

HI!... Ya I think I'm going to do a Bigwig runner 1st before a Hotshot runner.

Finished up the exo frame, trimmed and atteached the nets then polished and fitted the roof

Completed the Boomerang driver with a final coat of satin clear, then fitted him in he sits a fair way back Happy with him though

I'm still after 3 of the black tri hubs for the Boomerang if anyone has found some in their extras box

I do have one... an early Mk1, but it's in really poor shape. I need at least one donor car to restore it.
