Try to find the rear bumper to. The skid alone doesn't look nice

Cheers Flo, I’ve got the rear bumper. It’s sat in the box.
Hopefully the body just needs a good clean up. I don’t think it’s been hit with paint.

Cheers Andy.
Personally I realised that I had been building loads this year ( go figure ?? ).
And my favourite part of this site is when people post their builds. So I thought I’d start adding some of mine, it’s a nice way to remind yourself about the journey the model has gone through.

Thanks Al

I’ve managed to get a couple more parts to finish off my Blackfoot today.

The MSC rod.
I replaced the ball connector to a new one.

And the motor spacer and motor with the correct pinion on it.
So the only piece outstanding is the brace between the rear body posts.

So I’m in the middle of cleaning up the wheels and tyres. And I can start to tidy up the body.

Although the Black Foot manual clearly shows the MSC Resistor wires routed like you have them, I always preferred them running through the chassis like on the Brat. A cleaner look imo ;)

Cheers Andy, I haven’t really focused on the details yet. So that’s more luck than judgement.

But thanks for the advice, I’ll take a look at that when I finish the chassis off properly.

All the best.

I haven’t had much time to do anything on my current projects over the Christmas period,
But yesterday I did a bit of tidying up on the Blackfoot front grill.
Something had obviously broken at some point due to the heavy use of glue on the back of the grill.

I thought I’d try and tidy this up a bit.

So after removing all of the excess glue I think this looks better.
I’ve applied some Plastic weld to hopefully help bond the screw points.
