I know in the scale world, there is metal badges for Hilux, Cherokee, Defenders etc.
I'll have a look if I can find Ford ones like that.
They look like the metal letters as fitted to the real cars.

Edit: Found some.
May be a tad too big, check the length of the orginal letters, these are 23mm.

RC4WD makes the F O R D logo on the bonnet.

Edit 2: Asiatees have all the Bronco related badges in stock from CCHAND which is what RC4WD sells.
The have the side emblem, Ford letters and the FORD badge.

If you don't want the Bronco letters to be part of the XLT badge, I'm sure you can cut that bit off.
The Traxxas one is 79' and those had Bronco as part of the badge. the 80' and later which the Tamiya XLT body is based on, only reads Ranger XLT.

I am disgusted by this body. After primer and a first layer of black, I waited 48h to cure and today I sprayed a small layer of métal black and after 30'' all wrinkel. I am really disgusted. Back to soda directly.

Almost ready. The body is not as wanted but it looks fun.
