I really like your work Lars. Can't wait for the poser pictures outside. Make them look real, I need a new desktop wallpaper...

I am more of a "studio picture" kind of guy, so for the time you will have to cope with the pictures in the DataBase

It's true, (It's in the 2011 Tamiya catalogue) but whether it is true to the Original is still undetermined.

From what I have read, it will be, but no one knows for sure at this stage.

Looking at the picture, I recognize quite a few vintage parts.
For example a Sand Scorcher bumper, Grasshopper rims and sideskirts...
So my guess and hope is that it will be a 'real' rerelease.

It's definetely not a rumor that there will be a new FAV. Tamiya has confirmed this, and it will be unveiledd at the Shizuoka hobby show in 14 days time.

It is also confirmed that the picture reference to (in above linked post) is NOT the actual model to come. The images are of the vintage prototye of the FAV, same model as used in the vintage catalogs.

But, speculations of the new FAV have more or less concluded that the new FAV will be very close to the original, something I also believe.
