Hi
I want to upgrade my M-05 Chassis to CVA Dampers. I have a spare Tamiya 54567 Bag C DT-03 CVA set. Two of the shocks appear longer than the other two (they are sealed in bag). Can these be used for my M-05 or do I need to modify or purchase a different set? Thank you in advance. Kind Regards |

You need 55 or 50mm shocks.

P.S. I should mention that I have the Ra hub upgrade to run an extra 5mm ride height.

Sorry I don't know. I took yeah racing or similar shocks on mine. But I think that they are the same as tt01 and tt02

You want the CVA Mini Shock. But from memory they are 60mm?
The M-05 uses 55mm (that's what mine measure hole-hole), which is why there are specific M-Chassis shock sets. *edit* CVA Mini II can be set as 55mm - tamiyabase.com/parts/1181 |

It has been mentioned by a couple of members I could use Item 50619 on the M-05Ra Chassis as these come as a set of 4.
In your opinion would this be o.k as I would require two packs of 50519. Kind Regards |
