No the company who makes the items also does the anodising.

What does Edou do then?

I'm still tweaking the process but I did these shock towers for example - cast iron part before (being prepped in nitric acid) :


And after :


And the rear tower, with a smoother surface, in gunmetal :


Fun to do, although somewhat more complicated than I anticipated...
As soon as I got the process under control (not quite the case yet), I'll write a piece on it for the blog.
