Carbon chassis won't be that easy you need several parts that are no longer available or come very expensive.
aka J-parts & alloy mount parts, It should be possible to 3D print the needed J parts and the alloy bits can be DIY It could be cheaper to buy a TopForce |

ok one of the top rubber seals was broken. I didn't like what I saw inside though the dampers felt quite good. Turns out that the 17.5 silicone shock oil I ve used is too thin. Feels too thin also. I was advised on FB totry a 30 grade.
The Felt good and more appropriate to the weight of the car(just by hand) but Ive found a very thick greasy oil inside. Cleaned them as much as I could. Waterbok. the metal mounts won't be that hard to make given that a friend has a very big lathe in his workshop. just need a list of them height and diameters. can drill axles and create threads inside them. |

Thank waterbok for the effort.
And maybe offer them for sale here affordably if your friend can whip em out easily.
Not sure what plastic parts you're referring to... |
