Continuing my inexplicable soft spot for underwhelming RWD buggies, I bought this Falcon a while back (before Tamiya Nut offered his up for sale), so far I've managed to resist its charms & it's safe in the box for the moment ... not really sure what I'll do with it, body is a bit rough but I'll try tidying the edges & a clean/polish before replacing it, tub underside will polish up, bumper probably won't ....

I am sure that they are common pieces between falcon and other cars. (I know that the bathtube is common with the bearhawk) I am interested for the front :silly: :silly: :silly:

TBG shell arrived ... I had to pay import duties, taking the total cost to 40 GBP

Something I've been wondering about though, why does an entry level car have a boxart paintjob that needs such intricate & fiddly masking? Or did Tamiya pitch the Falcon as a serious racer at the time?

Decals are homemade, printed on white or clear vinyl as appropriate, cut out & clearcoated ...
