i brought it to school today, the wheely bar works heaps better than the other one, but i tried doing a wheely for ages and i rolled it, i broke a wheel hub carrier thing and fixed it enough to drive, when i drove it, one of the drive shafts broke
but i have all the parts to fix at home |

17t pinion came, its tiny compared to the 26t
snapped another driveshaft, i'm a bit scared now with the 17t, because of the added torque any idea how i could strengthen the driveshafts? i have a small blowtorch which i could use to heat them up then dip them in cold water |

You should be able to get some clues from the fracture itself if it was from torsion sheer (shorter ones will help) or brittleness (tempering could be a solution but that's normally done at 800-900 degrees for a longer period of time).
Or just wack a couple at $7 each. |

it was a tortion shear
the cups wore the dogbones on when it was at full lock but my new servo doesnt go that far, they were a bit rusty from the beach and they were bent from being too long, all of these weakened it. the new steel ones should last heaps longer also its $7 for 4 of them |
