Touched in all the edges so time to move on to the door; photos below show it after:
- grey primer - single, very hit & miss coat of medium grey - attempt at graining with flat earth - more hit & miss painting, this time with buff - more graining (RLM Grey) - pretty dense wash with Light Sea Grey Concrete blockwork just got a very dark grey wash all over with most blotted off the faces; before & after: |

... moved bits back in, I'm inclined to call this finished. The colours are what I'd planned, but they do make it look much smaller & darker, which I hadn't really expected. My overall feeling is the colours are a bit too vivid & it all looks too clean, which marr the realism & make it all look a bit toylike.

I think it looks great, I also belong to a garage / workshop forum and trust me some of guys space are immaculate Just needs a buggy in there
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate
