Wow! I don't think I'll ever get there. I actually have probably 10 more models, mostly some Losi Nitro trucks and some crawlers, mini crawlers. I need to list all the Losi trucks on ebay, save for one maybe. Then I plan to look for the remaining 4 models to round out my goal to have all the 580XX models from 1986 - my favorite year for Tamiya.

So anyone watching, I'm looking for these kits:
* Road Wizard - 58053
* Supershot - 58051 (or re-re 58517)
* The BigWig - 58057 (or re-re 47330)
* Porsche 959 - 58059

Hey there, I have a New built Super Shot 58054 that I finished over 3.5 years ago, Never run and has a techni motor fitted, Also a re-re Bigwig and re-re Brat if you are intersted. Happy to do a package deal for you, PM me if you like cheers Andy :)

This is a combo of what did the Mailman bring today, and what did I do! The runner set of wheels and tires showed up, along with what I thought would be the perfect motor for The Frog - The Trinity Speedworks, Joel "Magic" Johnson Sig. Stock Motor. It looks perfect and is fast @ 25,000 rpm. This car runs so flat and smooth - love it.

  Finished up the reassembly of the Stadium blitzer with new bearings, Esc and radio. Cut the body up and prepped for paint.

Tore down the Fire Dragon ready to clean and rebuild for vintage racing duty, Typical Tamiya plastic parts All A parts busted so ordered them and correct shocks while I was at it, I already grabbed an rcEVOLogic A5 + B8 alloy kit which is very nice The front diff seemed locked up but when I opened found nothing (unless the diff case was assembled slightly off? ) in fact both front and rear gearsets look factory new All in All a very nice base, hubbs had bearings so just need to uprgrade the geaboxes

Finishing up The Hornet build:

I'm also happy to report that the 6L fits the Super Hornet (GH II) chassis perfectly, with a little "convincing" to the basket sides:

Tyre writing and rear tyres glued on the Kyosho Beetle

Also started a TT-02 chassis - no images yet , but this will be a Ford Escort WRC .. probably a Michelin Pilot clone.

Long story why, but I have both a full Tamiya body and kit, as well as an L&L body and decals sheet - so this will probably end up a combination of the two.
