Hello from Australia!

About 12 years ago the purchase of a re-re SandScorcher kit got me hooked on Tamiya RC cars again. For the following 6or7 years after that SS purchase other RC kits and parts were added to my stash, and RC talk was all around me. However circumstances changed, as they can, and unforunately everthing RC had to be forgotten for a while.

Roll around to about March 2021 and I have again started to dive into the world new re-re RC kits available.

I also have enjoyed every moment of the three calssic Tamiya RC builds I finished in as many weeks.

So happy things have now got back on track now, and very happy to be here at TamiyaBase to ask questions and improve my knowledge.

Most everything else either unbuilt , or older and in need of some resto / tlc .. like the Blazer in my avatar. Pictures will be on the way though.
