As far as I can see, there is no way.
It seems like Google does not give the direct link to the image file, which is what we need.

You have to use chrome.
Rightclick on your foto and select copy picture adress.
Then insert url in image link.

does'nd work... logged in on that site u used?

Save the picture and upload it somewere and then post it here. use google to find your best option. if you can't save the pic because of private things you make a screenshot and than upload it

click "image link" (check the pictogram's)
paste the link @ "url" and click add
