I'll post a new message in the "Reference Sites" section when TamiyaWeb has more content.
But there've been a few cool downloads added recently already.

It only snows when using IE and Chrome, not with Firefox

Ah, browser shenanigans. Must be because the snow melts when using Fire-fox.

So, going into the second year as tamiyaweb.com...
Definitely has matured quite a bit!
Lots of info, downloads - and I even added a forum a while back.

Gotta say webdesign is a wonderous world of interesting concepts so I'll definitely keep working on it.
And there's a huge pile of docs still waiting to be uploaded...

Check out the overhaul I did on the home page!
Put some neat jQuery tricks (and classic pics) in there...

How awesome is jQuery. Check out the moving sky on the page banner and the new cross browser smooth scrolling capability.
Scrolling on the side of the page shows the default behaviour by the way...



Edit - only now is it actually cross browser compatible. Didn't work in Chrome.

And for the final trick (that I'll be tweaking still)... click on the Japanese sun on top to let the sun set on Mount Fuji.



Edit - and a sunrise is now possible as well (just click again)...

The site is momentarily being transferred to another server.
Really too much downtime on the previous one...
It's not fully functional yet (forum's still missing for example) but I'm working on it.
This loads a lot faster at least. And will hopefully be more reliable.
