I was... Now i live near Cergy ;) My LM1 is a 1997 model with 1600 injection engine. Never restored.

When i was kid i spent my holidays to build Marland at les Mureaux

:) Here is mine, I bought to my RC dealer. Too young, not enough place nor knowledges. I had to sale it.




Why not in the future refind a cheap beetle in a largely better frame condition

Ahahah! Thanks! It's true I'm a ZZ Top fan, and the Tam pilote is so ugly!
You gave me an idea: I have to build a 1/10 scale guitar!
I love your Baja! (With 90' paint scheme! I love it!) But I think that cheap beetle doesn't exist anymore...

Y eahhhh I'm fan too especially of their beard and the rotating guitars. (After the '34 hotrod). The baja is gone in the 77 since a lot of years. I hope that it was restored and that it ride. A cheap beetle in a good state is so available than a nib 959 tamiya found in a trash can.....:D
